The Property has has been owned by the same family since 1951 and farmed continuously since that time. Today it mostly produces grass fed cattle, hay and, occasionally, timber There’s also a small herd of goats, several bee hives and an orchard. The orchard has apple, pear, fig, plum and pecan trees. Theres a small barn for the goats, a chicken house, a larger general purpose barn and a pole barn by the Farm House used to store equipment.
The three bedroom, two bath Farm House was built in 2012. It has central air and heat and has a place for a wood stove that can be used to efficiently heat the whole house. Most of the Farm House has wide oak flooring made from trees cut here on the Property.
